Where can I pick up my online order?
Pick up is available at our store in Thornebrook Village (2441 NW 43rd St Ste 24B-1). We will email you when your order is ready.
What time can I pick up my online order?
Once we send an email saying your order is ready for pick up these are the times you can come by the store:

Do you have contactless pick up available?
Yes! Once you are on your way please give the store a call (352.225.3116) and we will place your order outside on our pick up shelf. *If you have any empty jars to donate you may leave them there as well.
Are there any other pick up locations?
Yes! If you would prefer to pick up downtown, we have set up a pickup location and Loosey’s Downtown (120 SW 1st Ave). Please specify in the order comments and we will let you know when it will be ready to pick up.
We are also offering free Saturday delivery. Simply specify at checkout in the order comments. Delivery cutoff is Friday at midnight.
How are items from the bulk bar being fulfilled?
We are disinfecting and using donated jars to fulfill bulk orders. If you have any empty jars to donate please bring them by during our pick up hours.
Can I purchase new jars that you sell to get my bulk items?
Yes, you can add jars into your cart and make a note on the order comments that you want us to fill the new jars with your bulk order.
Are you shipping orders?
No, currently orders are only available for pick up at our store inside Thornebrook Village or downtown at Loosey’s.
There’s an item I want that isn’t listed in the web store. Can I still purchase it?
Yes, if there’s anything you’d like to order and it’s not listed, but you know we have it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try to get it added ASAP.
Can I stop by the store to get some products?
Yes! Our pickup hours are also our in-store shopping hours.
The product I want isn’t available- do you still have it in stock?
If you are unable to add an item into your cart then it is temporarily out of stock. Please check back in a few days to see if it’s been restocked.
