Organic: This certified organic 10% vinegar is 2x concentrated (standard vinegar is typically 4-5% acidity) and a powerful household multi-tasker used in cooking and canning as well as freshening and cleaning.
Non-GMO: Conventional white vinegar is typically made from GMO grains using lots of pesticides.
Acidity: 10% - dilute with water to decrease acidity or use full strength.
Cleaning Dilution Directions: REGULAR CLEANING: Add 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water. HEAVY-DUTY CLEANING: Add 1 part vinegar to 1 part water.
Pickling Dilution Directions: The minimum and standard acidity for pickling vinegar is 5%. Mix 1 part 10% vinegar with 1 part water.
