Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic health ritual that uses oil to gently and naturally "pull" impurities out. Davids combines coconut oil with their trademark Hydroxi formula to pull impurities from your teeth and gums while whitening and repairing enamel. HOW TO USE:
- Shake well before each use.
- Place 10ml (one large spoonful) into mouth.
- Swish for at least 2 minutes, gradually increasing to 10 minutes over time.
- Discard oil into waste basket to avoid clogged drains. DO NOT SWALLOW.
- Rinse mouth with water and brush teeth.
Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.
