Widely considered to be the best green tea in the world, matcha is a very fine powder made from the whole green tea leaf, combining all the health benefits with a rich and delicate flavor for a truly superior drink. The leaves are shade-grown to increase chlorophyll content and hand picked to ensure that you get all the antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and fiber that have been shown to aid in metabolism and even help in cancer recovery.

DIRECTIONS:
- Place appx 1/2-1 tsp of matcha into a small hand sifter over a teacup or bowl
- Sift the Matcha into the cup/bowl to avoid clumps from forming in the tea
- Add 2-3 oz. (less than 1/3rd of the cup/bowl) of pre-boiled water (~180F/80C)
- Whisk the tea briskly in a zigzag motion (make a "m" or "w")
- Gently go over the surface of your matcha paste with the bamboo whisk to rid the froth of any large air bubbles
- Add up to 6 oz. of hot water to taste
- To make a matcha latte, add some milk to taste (optional)
- Enjoy!
